I open the same data on a table I get an option under format for removing the thousand abbreviations (ex 1K instead of 1000). when I open it in a histogram card that option is not available in format.

Provide the ability to enable or disable fields to show up in the page filter selection. Also allow the flexibility to select which dataset should be set to default for page filter when multiple datasets are powering the dashboard.
