ETL not joining despite matching columns

Solved ETL - Replace Null Values
Hi, I have a dataset with null values and text and I am trying to replace them with 0 and 1 respectively. But, when I try to write a formula using the conditions 'If Null' or 'If not null' I keep getting errors. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! Edit: I figured out what I was doing wrong.

Admin can't update connector passwords
I recently had to update the password for a connector that was assigned to another team member originally. However, I could not save the new password even though I am an admin. Is there a way to make sure admins can update connector passwords even if they're technically not the owners?

How can I keep my data's time zone consistent? 24 to 12 hour conversion issue.
A colleague of my is uploading data currently in 24 hour time into workbench. But, DOMO unnecessarily converts it from UTC to EST when he tries to change it to 12 hour time. Is there a way for us to stop it from adjusting time that's already in the right time zone? Thanks! 🙇

What is the point of a full join in Magic ETL?
So I get Left, right, and inner joins. But, what is the point of a full join if it returns null values for any columns that don't have a match? How is that different from an inner join? Also, how can I make sure that the non-matched items are included in the resulting dataflow?
