Instagram Business Connector Disabled?

Hi All,

I am trying to set up the Instagram Business Connector and the assigned team member got the following error:

So, we tried setting up the normal Instagram Connecter and got this error instead:

Has anyone encountered either of this errors? If so, do you know of a workaround?
