interactivity disabled

Hi there,
I have a card that says that interactivity is disabled because of the number of items, the problem is it lumps many things into the "more category" but highlighting them doesnt show me what they are beucase of the disabled interactivity. Is there any way around this? I have used this data set with the same number of rows and columns and this hasnt been an issue in the past.
thanks for the help.

Hi Benhomesley,
When a card functions in this way, it is usually due to the amount of data trying to be loaded. If there is too much, some of the functionality will stop working because there’s so much going on. The type of chart being selected can also be a factor in where a threshold of limited functionality may lie.
At this point, I believe the best thing we can do is open a case with our support team, so we can take a look the card in question. One of our representatives will be contacting you, to get a link to the card and look into what is causing this behavior.
Thanks.
