This issue was resolved by working with Domo Support:
- Domo Support - Create a new API Token in customer's instance. Send API Token to the user needing workbench access.
- Customer - Replace existing API Key in Workbench and save new account setting.
I work for Domo.

There are a number of reasons this could be happening, and we need more information about what exactly you are trying to do in Workbench. Please send an email to Support@domo.com containing a larger screenshot of the error as well as details about the steps taken to reproduce it.
Thank you,
Andrew N.
