Update Domo Magic ETLs via API/DomoCLI

Howdy, experts,

Is there a way to programmatically edit a Magic ETL? I am willing and able to use Python SDK or the DomoCli Jar tool.

If there is a way, is there any documentation out there?

Currently there isn't a publicly facing supported API which would allow you to programmatically edit a Magic ETL. You could inspect the network traffic as you're editing and saving the API and attempt to replicate it

  • Without knowing exactly what you are doing, I can suggest in your magic ETL under the utility option to use the formula box. This basically lets you program what ever you need in SQL.
