How to delete a tag on dataset

How do I permanently delete a tag option? 

I've accidentally created a tag for "master" (lower-cased) and a "Master" dag (with M capitalized). I'm looking to delete the capitalized one to prevent any confusion. Is there a way to do that?

    I think you just have to go to the dataset(s) where that tag is stored and remove the tag from there.  Then it will hopefully drop from the available tags list.

    I tried that in my instance and it worked out well.
