Domo Bricks Product Enhancement Ideas
Hi, For a customer I wanted to create a DDX brick to make their user management more efficient. For instance, they would like to update a field quickly based on some metrics in a dataset. So, I thought I could use the Domo API for that, hoping that there may be a way to automatically authenticate similar to the 'domo.get'…
As a Domo Editor I'd like to receive a dialog that explains what the "Convert to App" button does and that it cannot be Undone In order to prevent myself from converting a Domo Brick to an app inadvertently, or without understanding the consequences of clicking the button.
thoughts? apparently calling codeengine from ddx isn't currently supported. would it be possible to re-envision ddx with an extra tab (html, js, css, manifest) so we can have that control?
Currently DDX Bricks can only be edited by the creator of the "App" This is by design, and can be found documented in the "Getting Started with Domo Bricks" article. idea: make DDX bricks editable by all owners and admin, and allow the checkbox on card details to restrict access to non-owners.
