We frequently have situations where a user can't see a page or they get "request access" on the cards. To help us diagnose the issues, we would like to be able to impersonate a user, to see what they see.
We lock all the BI team owned pages. I just learned that this prevents users from being able to share the pages. Anyone know of a workaround? We don't want users editing pages, but we'd like them to be able to share them.
We have users who use Magic ETL, but as admins we have users that should not have access to the features in the data science add-on. If there was a way to add a grant so we can revoke access to certain add-ons for users, this would be quite helpful.
Hi all- I found these reference links: (appears that provisioning is *NOT* supported) (appears that provisioning *IS* supported) And this forum thread: But it doesn't seem 100% clear to me on whether new Domo user provisioning can be handled totally by Okta without manual steps in Domo for each new user added (outside of…
Our local time here is 6 hours behind UTC. We have a card that is set to display "yesterday" and it is a datetime column. I checked the card at 5:55 PM and it was displaying [yesterday's] data, then I checked it again at 6:01 PM and it was displaying [today's] data. So it seems like the "yesterday" in the card calendar…
When Bulk Adding Domo users, if there are trailing blank spaces after any field (Phone Number, Email, etc.) an error will be thrown and the system will not add the users. Idea: Best - have the system recognize those are blank and be able to bulk add users anyway. Good- the error that is thrown should call out the trailing…
I do not want to force a new account creation. Does simply uploading the bulk import user template with updated email addresses solve for this? Again, I do not want to force all my users to recreate an account and want each user to be able to keep their existing settings.
As admin, I would like to be able to manage large groups of cards by dataset. Currently the cards view can be filtered by owner and/or page but not the dataset, which would help me manage the content of a particular dataset more easily.
I work for a PE firm where all of our collateral uses MM/BN when abbreviating large numbers and dollar amounts. In Domo, this is not configurable and we have to use M/B. It would be nice if in Admin Company Card settings we could toggle between options so all cards defaulted to whatever abbreviation is selected.
Aligning the tiles in magic ETL can become quite cumbersome without any grid or guides for the tiles to line up with. It would be great for the default behavior of tiles to snap to a grid or show guide-lines that signify when tiles are aligned.
