anyone used facebook advanced connector? Is this for facebook organic tracking? Question about "Page Posts" and "page post lifetime metrics" reports, if selected same time period, should "likes" in "page post" = "total likes" in "page post lifetime metrics"? I got different numbers. What is included in "total likes"?
Thank you.

The Facebook Advanced Connector in Domo is typically used to pull data from Facebook's APIs, allowing you to analyze both organic and paid metrics.
What Each Report Represents
- Page Posts Report:
- Provides details about individual posts, including real-time or short-term metrics such as post-specific likes, comments, and shares.
- Reflects engagement activity that happens on a post in the immediate time window or period specified.
- Page Post Lifetime Metrics Report:
- Aggregates data on engagement over the lifetime of a post (or during the selected date range).
- Includes all interactions, even if they occurred long after the post was created, as long as the activity happened within the chosen time range.
Differences in "Likes" Metrics
- "Likes" in Page Posts Report:
- This typically reflects likes at the time of the data pull and might exclude activity outside the immediate post's scope or engagement period.
- It may also be limited to organic or paid engagements depending on how the connector is configured.
- "Total Likes" in Page Post Lifetime Metrics Report:
- This includes all likes a post has received during the selected period, possibly combining historical and ongoing interactions.
- May also aggregate likes from different sources, such as organic, paid, and shared posts.
Why Numbers Might Differ
- Timing Discrepancies:
- The Page Posts report might capture a snapshot, while the Lifetime Metrics aggregates data more comprehensively.
- Sources of Likes:
- The Lifetime Metrics report could include likes from shares of your post or other indirect interactions, which the Page Posts report might not capture.
- Data Syncing Delays:
- Facebook API data often syncs at different intervals for different endpoints, which might lead to inconsistencies.
- Configuration of the Connector:
- If the connector is set up differently for each report, filters (e.g., paid vs. organic) or scopes of data might vary.
