Appended datasets, output displays alternative blended datasets

I appended 5+ datasets, technically I should have all rows appended one another the other without overlapping. Some of my rows in the appended dataset looks overlapped with the rows from other datasets. what could be the possible reason for this?

@art_in_sky By overlapped, do you mean there are duplicate rows? Would you be able to share some screenshots of what you're seeing (hiding any sensitive information)?

No i dont see any duplicate values . However one rows of the dataset are not continous , rows from the other dataset come in between. I hope you understand what I mean. Please let me know if you require more information.
