Filter cards are used to filter data on other cards on the dashboard rather than within the same card. Keep your dropdown filter card set up with your Yes/No options, then create a different card displaying your summary number and save them to the same dashboard. The card with the summary number, and any other cards on the same dashboard will update their data accordingly as long as they are properly linked through card interactions.
