URGENT- Please Help: Shopify data connector not working

Hello,
Today our Shopify data connector dropped from 69K rows to 9K. We made no changes and pulled up the data connector history to confirm that changes were not made. Runtime average dropped from ~11 minutes to 1-2.
How do we go about getting this fixed? We're dead in the water. We don't have a Domo support contract, but the connector is clearly broken.

Hi Johnny,
I think Shopify changed their Orders API.
If you need to access read_all_orders, you need to request from partners dashboard.
