Chart Average, Max, Min with Date/Time

Hello,

I am trying to use a Line Graph to see First Reponse Times. I want to show Shortest, Average, Longest. I have a the main date/time, then used Beast Mode to calculate the minutes from the first reponse date/time and subtract it from the main date/time.

ABS(MINUTE(`FTechStartTime`) - MINUTE(`ChatTime`))

I noticed most of it wroks but when a time goes into a new hour, it adds 50+ mins

example:

Start Time: 17 Apr 2019 15:59:00 PM

First Reponse Time: 17 Apr 2019 16:02:00 PM

Results = 57

Not sure how to get the right calculation for this

Can you try using TIMEDIFF() instead?

TIMEDIFF('Time 1','Time 2')

What your calculation is doing is looking at the minutes, finding the difference and taking the abs value. In your example, 59 - 2 = 57
