API to access cards and get capture of the graph/chart

is it possible through the available API, having access to the cards and get a capture of the graph/chart as well as some information available through the filtering system?

  I have this question too. Would really like a way to check the card definition through the api and monitor certain cards for changes. Is that possible or on the api roadmap?
