how to create customized dashboard ?

Can you provide some more information about what you are looking for?  Are you wanting to build a separate dashboard for specific users, or just a general dashboard, customized with your content?  The way that Domo creates "dashboards" is by creating pages.  On the far right of the screen you will see the Manage pages button.  Just create a new page and start building content for it.
