Domo Workbench importing too many rows

I'm importing a table from my DataWarehouse (Microsoft SQL server). The workbench is telling me it imported ~51M rows, but checking the database, I only have ~46M rows in the table. So it is somehow importing ~5M rows that don't even exist. Has anyone seen this?

@rhettshipp, if you can post your solution to help others who might run into the same issue, that would be great!

We ended up having duplicate entries to no fault of the Domo workbench. We had a data problem causing our join key to be non-unique, so we ended up with about 5 million duplicate rows.
