Data set taking hours to update

Hi there, any idea why my dataset would take 11-12 hours to update on some occasions? The thought was that it's too large but sometimes it's updated within 2 hours. Is there anything I can do to speed up the refresh time? This is an Intuit Quickbase data source.

    @CBlandon it would best if you opened a ticket with our support team.  Send an email to support@domo.com with as much detail as possible, including the URL of the dataset that is causing the issue, which will autmotically open a ticket for you.
