We would like to use the Comparative Filled Gauge (Basic) for a card that displays the percentage of registerations received towards the target.  

Below are the parameters:

Minimum: 1

Maximum: 4,000

Previous Value: ??

Current Value: 1,541

Target Value: 4,000

We would like for the percentage that is displayed in the gauge to be 38.5% (1451/4000).  But, we cannot seem to find the right value to use as the 'previous value'. If we use the Target value, the gauge reflects a negative progress of 61.4%.
