There is not currently a way to push interactive slides to a non-Domo user. You can push the presentation to them, but it is limited. The best way to do this would be to add them as a participant user in your Domo instance, and push the data through Publication Groups. This will then give them view only access on all cards within Domo. If this is an option for you, you may want to check with you account rep for further information regarding the new user.
