Why isn't my heat map data grouping by day of week?

I am working on visualizing ticket data and created two fields: one returns the hour of the day and the other returns the day of the week. However, when I try to create a heat map, it's just listing days, and not combining them. How can I get it to combine the days of the week into columns so I can see which days and times are most common for ticket creation?

    Do you have any sorting applied to your card? Is your field set to some kind of aggregation like Count? It would be helpful if you could include a screenshot of your analyzer setup.
