Filter Options

Is there a way to make a filter like this on a dashboard? I can do it in the quick filters of a card and then the user is able to choose in betwee, greater than, equal to, etc. Trying to figure out if I can do the same thing but on the dashbaord level.

    Would global date filters be acceptable? See below:

    If you add the date fields as page filters and save them to the view, I think that would behave the same way as the quick filter. The filters would remain present on the page, and users can interact with them and choose the filter dates/criteria they want.

    @ColemenWilson not really because I have multiple date fields I want to be able to use as filters.
