HOw can i connect to azure managed instance

Hi
I'm trying to connect to an Azure Managed instance but no matter If I use Azure SQL server or azure synapse SQL. It's unable to connect. I have even whitelisted all ips mentioned on DOMO Knowledge base. Please suggest.
