Error Message trying download a card into PowerPoint Slide

Hello, has anyone had an error when using Domo PowerPoint add-on to download a simple table card into PowerPoint? When I clicked on "Choose Card" and selected a card from "Domo Choose Card Wizard" window, the Error message popped up - "Error fetching card from Domo. Please try again. An item with the same key has already been added". I never saw this type of error before.... Thanks for helping!

    This sounds like a bug, I'd log a ticket with Domo Support to see if they can get it addressed.

  • Many thanks! It appears that it's definitely the issue of version 1.1.37 of PowerPoint Add-in. I rolled back to 1.1.30 and everything worked out.
