Does anyone use the Microsoft SharePoint ADFS connector?

Trying to figure out how to sync to our Azure/O365 instance to get user data.  Attempting to use the available Microsoft SharePoint ADFS connector.  Struggling to get it configured correctly.   Does anyone else use this?  Are there better solutions?

When I've connected I used this document;

I have found that sometimes the credentials ( there are many more than many other connectors) get confused. If this does not resolve the issue I would then reach out directly to support.
