PostgreSQL connector shows dabase content

I am trying to pull in a dataset with PostgreSQL, and when I put in the credentials it shows the database, however it will not run.  I am told that the database is called acct.chartofaccounts, although it just shows chartofaccounts.  Is there something that needs to be entered in addition to pull in this database?

Have you whitelisted the proper IP addresses in your server, if not you can find that list here,

It ended up we needed to include part of the statement with "

select * from acct."databasename"
