Oops error while creating new design using design studio

Hello,

 

We are faced with the "Oops error..." when we try to create a new template or when we try to edit an existing template widget.

 

We are facing this on a Illustrator cc 2019 running on MAC.

 

Looking for help on this issue.

    Hello,

     

    The most currect version is 23.0.2. What is the version you are using? To see the version, clikc the Illustrator CC on the top left then click About Adbe CC. If it is not up to date, please update it. If you are still facing this issue, please contact domo support
