Illustrator cc 2019

Hello,

We installed the design studio plug-in on Illustrator cc 2019. But it never shows up on the extensions menu.

we tried following the trouble shoot section mentioned in the documentation. so far we are not successful either in MAc or Windows.

 

 

 

Any help would be greatful!

This is more of an issue on AI side. You will need to get a valid Creative Cloud. AI requeires a paid account for CC. You can try using this link to make the download to see if this works. If not, you may have to get in contact with AI.
