Can scheduled reports be set up to only be sent if there are results, not "0 results"?
We would like schedule reports to only be sent if there are results to be sent. One of our reports is a release notification filtered for the past 24 hours from our product team. We have updates once every 3-4 days; however, we are notified everyday regardless any updates. We'd like to eliminate the "There are 0 results." reports.

Maybe an alert would be better for you, and to send them daily when the total is greater than zero. How does that sound?

Unfortunately, alerts don't work for our specific scenario. We have a large client who receives [what would be] our internal product release updates, so where for internal folks they could just click into the card, we don't allow external access to our Domo, only a dummy distribution email with those external email/contacts associated.

Yes, that makes more sense. I am not aware of a way to conditionally send scheduled reports.
What about setting up a publication URL where they can access the card any time they want?
That still wouldn't provide the notification in their inbox, but it would reduce the clutter.
