Has anyone utilized the NetSuite Open Air connector? My credentials work in a norlam instance of OA, but trying to connect via DOMO results in the following: Failed to authenticate. Verify the credentials and try again. Domo is ready, but the credentials you entered are invalid. Verify your account credentials and try again.

 

NetSuite has provided the Namespace and API key, but nothing seems to be working. 

 

Any suggestions?

    I am having the exact same issue when trying to connect to Open Air using the pre-built connector.

    I am in contact with NetSuite OA support as as of this morning (Mar 21). I'll post whatever updates I can asap

    Answer ✓

    issue was if you're using XML or SOAP for your API connection. NetSuite provided 

    https://openair.com/api.pl

    as the correct URL. Once I entered this, the connector worked immediately.
