Dataset job request / Fetch Jobs

Hi,

 

We have multiple users using workbench, and we would like to be able to sync jobs from one workbench to another. It would seems based on the Tools menu that this should be possible. But when trying to fetch jobs all I can see in the logs is Total dataset jobs found for this agent: 0. What must be done to allow sharing jobs between all workbench, short of manually exporting the jobs.

 

Would this work if all our workbench shared a common API key??
