How can I re-order my X axis so that the numbers are in order (1-12)?

I'm wanting the numbers on the X axis to be in order from 1-12. I can't figure out where to do this in the Chart Properties.

It should be as simple as placing the Effort Number into the Sorting section, and sort ascending...non aggregate I would think.
