Can we show social media posts via #Hashtag or can it only be by linking our accounts? For example someone makes a post using #Domo can we show all the posts using #Domo?

    Can you elaborate a bit more are you looking to track all conversations in Social channels such as Facebook, Twitter.. via their hashtag and pull that in to Domo? Is this specific question the ability to pull the entire conversation or thread from Social in to Domo?

    Yes the first part of your question, we'd like to be able to track on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram when specific hashtags are being used and pull that into domo both via the posts as well as the analytics , ie how many times it was used etc.

    Hi @user02377 , you will have to look into the APIs offered by each of those social media platforms to know if this is possible.  Here is a link to documentation on Domo connectors for social media platforms: Social Media Connectors .

     

    You may want to also look into using a social media aggregator to accomplish this.
