Connect to SQL Server using impersonation

Is there any documentation on how to actually connect to a sql server with workbench? I have set up impersonation and used the connection builder. I am stuck and cannot find any information...maybe someone can point me to documentation on how to use the impersonation feature?

 

Using SQL Server Native Client 11.0 (64-bit) and the error is stating that my connection is being actively refused.
