I have set up my account to lock after a certain number of incorrect password attempts. Could you please explain how to unlock the account, either from the administrator’s side or the user’s side?

The administrator needs to do it by going to Admin - People - clicking on the user and then clicking on the Change Password button and creating a new password. This process unlocks the account.
