Very Little Data from Google SDK Connector

I have managed to get the Google SDK Admin connector to connect to my good instance but I'm getting very little data. I have about 1000 users and for 'Customer Usage' I get 1 line per day with a parameter value of (for instance ) "105" or "209", and lots of empty Columns. I believe the delegations are correct, is there potentially some logging I need to turn on in google ?

    @SimonKing_Atolls if logging is not fully enabled, or if only partial logs are being captured, that might explain why you're seeing limited data. To resolve this:

    • Go to your Google Admin Console.
    • Navigate to Reporting > Audit Logs.
    • Ensure that relevant logs, such as Admin audit, User activity, or Customer usage, are enabled.
    • Make sure the logging covers all necessary activities and parameters.

    Logging might take some time to fully propagate if it's been recently enabled.


    — OR… this could be an issue with Google's "API Scopes" —

    In that case, make sure you've granted the following scopes (as applicable to your use case):

    • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.reports.audit.readonly
    • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.reports.usage.readonly
    • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user.readonly

    You can check and adjust the scopes in your Google Admin Console under Security > API controls > Manage third-party app access.

    Hi, I have have added the directory scope, but still no luck. I cant find a page where I can see what reports are enabled, but I can see the actual reports. If I run the user usage report I get 2 lines, one for zoom.calendar@ and one user. Even then It doesnt tell me anything I can understand.

    I was hoping to be able to get something about usage, even from reports such as the Reports > App reports > Gmail.
