Looking to create a benchmarking bar chart showing +/- % from prior year

I am wanting to create a bar chart similar to below. I want the +/- % to be based on prior year CPM. I am not seeing a bar chart that would operate similarly to this - does anything have any experience with this? Thanks

I had to make some assumptions like @ST_-Superman-_ was asking, but I think we got it.

This would depend on how your dataset is structured. Could you share some more info about your data? Is the prior year benchmark in your dataset already? Or would that need to be calculated as well?

I'm pretty sure this is doable with a beastmode and a trellis category.

Hey @DashboardDude, thank you so much for the video. This chart is in backlog now as I need some more information from team members, but I have this bookmarked for when I'm ready to reapproach.
