Creating a visual with the Map

I have the lat, long of both the shipper and the destination city however, when I go to the map visualization I only see the option to put state name and state value. Am I using the wrong map? I ideally want t

    Make sure you're using one of the lat/long map types. Sounds like you may want the route one.
