    Labeling the Target Value in a Filled Gauge Chart

    I am trying to create a label for the Target Value.

    Example: 250 - i want this to display inside the Gauge - or at the Target line as "Goal: 250"

    Using the Data Label filed in the Target Value does not accomplish this.

    Any ideas how to make this happen?
