Manage Color Rules

Since the order of Color Rules on cards changes the final product, there should be an easier way to move/ reorder Color Rules rather than deleting them or starting from the beginning. My case is I have to put a rule first on the list, but I already have 7 rules. The only way for me to complete this is to erase all the rules to redo the order. It would be like rearranging columns in the Select Columns tile of ETL.
