Domo Workbench 5: Unable to Query Provider Types
Hello folks,
We use Quickbooks Desktop 22 (queue eye roll) and use Domo WB to connect to the network files and send data over to Domo.
I have been seeing this error alot lately. Has anyone ever specifically ran into this type of error and if so what did you do to resolve it?

No but I've had some similiar issues and haven't found a great solution for them yet.

So it sounds like this is a bug on Domo's end?

It sounds like it might be, imelendez. I'd recommend putting in a support ticket or contacting your Customer Success Manager if the issue persists.

I have in the past and it leads to a bunch of finger pointing and no actual solution. :(

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Workbench/Quickbooks now and in your past support experiences. I've opened a support ticket and we'll begin investigating, someone will be in communication with you.
For the logs you posted above, are you referring to the "... Local is past due Queued for execution" or the "...429 (Too Many Requests)" error message?
