App Dev Studio domo login failed with "Failure to get user from server" error

I recently installed the App Dev Studio by following the Set up documentation of the developer.domo.com doc using chocolatey. However, it failed to prompt me the logon screen as the tutorial said.

prompt> domo login

Enter> my-company.domo.com

Error: Failure to get user from server. Possible instance name issue, authorization issue, or timeout on given instance.

My company's DOMO instance is using SAML SSO, and I have the admin priv on this instance. Please help how to get myself setup to use App Dev Studio.

Hi @DYL888, have you informed Domo Support [support.domo.com] about this? Or run this by your company's IT team to run checks on their end? It's not a usual error message that's appeared for others or noted in DomoHelp.

to use AppDev Studio you may need direct signon enabled.
