Where is the option to store the 'score' for the users in a course builder course?

I must be missing something and I need help.

I can create a quiz in course builder, export it and create a card based on it that I can share with other users - I see the score at the end of the quiz but this doesn't seem to be held anywhere. How do we know if someone has completed a quiz or passed it?
