Change owner to a connector for someone who has left the company

Hi, How do you change user details to a connector for someone who has left the company

    Hi @user037643

    Currently you can't change the owner of an account in Domo. You could try and log in as that user and share the connector account however you won't be able to make any changes to that account. Only the user that created the account can edit it. You may need to delete the account and recreate it and reassign the dataset / connectors to use the new connector account.

    Thank you. I created a new account and moved all the data sets to the new account. Many thanks for your help

  • @GrantSmith - is it still true that you can not reassign a connector?

  • There may be a beta available that could allow you to change ownership of accounts, but you'd need to speak to your CSM about it.
