Graph with tags on dates

Have a simple line graph but I want to call out specific dates, that remain static, and what those dates meant. See example.

    As long as the field for the x-axis is a Date format, you should be able to add date annotations to your card.1.png

    By any chance, is it possible to integrate automatically this tags on the dataset? Instead of doing that manually one by one
