Is anyone else having a problem with cards breaking with Refresh Card Message?

Cards breaking for no apparent reason and not able to fix them.  We have a ticket in, but wondered if anyone else was experiencing this?

    did you get the issue resolved?

    how many rows are your dataset and are you using COUNT DISTINCT? ?

     

    if you filter to less data or simpler beast modes, does it work?
