Unable to connect to new relic connector nrql

I have used the correct combination of query key and insights api but still showing the error invalid credentials. Can you please help and rectify this issue

If you follow the document (https://knowledge.domo.com/Connect/Connecting_to_Data_with_Connectors/Configuring_Each_Connector/Connectors_for_Analytics/New_Relic_for_NRQL_Connector) and all credential information are absolutely correct, but still seeing an error message, you might need to submit a ticket to support. There might someone who is seeing the same exact issue.
