deactivation of dataset

in Connectors
i received an error from DOMO saying that the connector has been deacticvated . wanted to know the reason behind it. also in past 30 days the dataset hasnt been able to update automatically and i am getting an error saying that request timed out.
what is to be done in such cases ?

I'm having the exact issue with the instagram quickstart app. I tried to manually update the dataset w/o any luck. In the data set history, the following is posted: "Domo is ready, but Instagram reported an error: The access_token provided is invalid."
Any ideas how to resolve? Thanks!
