How can a Dynamic Text triggers an alarm?

Hi,

 

I have a dynamic text card, but what I'm looking for is that when it changes, in the Alarm message you could see the text of the field that changed. For instance this cards could include a new opportunity name, so the Alarm could say: "The new opportunity is [opportunity field]" 

 

Does anyone have solved this?
