DOMO API and Finding Datasets without PDP

Using the Domo API, Is there a way to determine which datasets do not have PDP applied to it?

Yes, I have done using python. This is a link to the documentation and it has some great examples on how to use api.

I'm using the python sdk example and it processes part way but it's breaking on me.

I created myself a dev instance and changed my client_id and client_secret.

Do I need to change the api end point from default of

API_HOST = 'api.domo.com'

Any suggestions to get it working in my test environment?
